<sup>Terezia guided the Education team to align on a domain model for our products. This was crucial for us to have a single source of truth on terminology when researching, designing and coding. Her content strategies always functioned as important scaffolding for design and engineering efforts, in terms of what content we’ll need, and how we should structure and present it.

I also admired her initiative to improve team processes. When she noticed inefficiencies in how the team communicated and collaborated, she took it upon herself to organise a quarterly team retrospective. She made sure to include the Product Manager as well, which made all the difference.
